UPDATE: Coronavirus Precautions

March 23rd - March 28th RAFFINÉ Bridal

Effective Monday, March 23rd we will continue updating our precautions during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic, according to the CDC recommendations. At Raffiné Bridal, the safety and health of our customers and employees is our number one priority. We will continue contacting all scheduled appointments from March 23rd through March 28th to reschedule for March 30th or later.  Any appointment requests that are not yet scheduled, must be made for March 30th or later.

Store Hours: Doors will remain locked through March 28th or further notice. We will continue answering all voicemails and emails Monday-Friday from 11:00-4:00.

Wedding Dress Pick-Up Appointments: If you are scheduled for a wedding dress pick-up appointment March 23rd – March 28th and your appointment was approved to remain, someone will be present to greet you and complete paperwork. However, stylists will be unable to assist with the dressing of any garments. If you are able to reschedule your appointment, there will be no storage fees for picking up outside the 21-day policy.

All Appointments: If you have an appointment scheduled March 23rd – March 28th, someone will contact you to reschedule for Monday, March 30th or later. Please note: We will be allowing one appointment at a time starting Monday, March 30th to continue practicing social distancing. In addition, brides will be limited to 2 guests maximum at their appointment. Lastly, appointments will be given priority to brides with 2020 wedding dates to ensure they receive their dresses in adequate timing.

Prom Dress Department: The prom department will be remained closed until March 28th or further notice. If you have an urgent pick-up need, we will arrange to have your dress shipped directly to you. We are saddened to hear that proms may be cancelled. At Raffiné Bridal, we are maintaining our final sale policy and are unable to accept any returns for cancelled proms. However, if you have a dress on layaway, with a final payment date approaching, we are willing to extend your final payment date. Please call or email so we can discuss these options.

All Merchandise Pick-Ups: If you have an urgent pick-up need now through March 28th, please call so we can arrange shipping your item to you.

Special Order Arrivals: All customer orders are arriving as scheduled, with no delays. (Wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, accessories etc.) During temporary store closure, we will continue checking in all special orders and notifying customers. If your item requires a pick-up appointment, your appointment must be scheduled for Monday, March 30th or later.

Raffiné Bridal does have the right to turn away guests that seem sick or are showing symptoms of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). Our number one priority during this global pandemic is closely following the recommendations that the CDC has put in place to do our part in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Our team is working diligently by regularly sanitizing fitting rooms, restrooms and common areas. We will be available during store hours to answer phone calls and email questions. (Please note: our staff is limited at this time. If you call during regular store hours and we do not answer, please leave a voicemail and someone will return your call as soon as possible.)

We appreciate all the support from our loyal customers that have already decided to reschedule their appointments. Our passion has always been, and will continue to be, making brides and prom-goers big day special. We will not leave anyone with unanswered questions and are here to help and provide ease through this difficult time. We will continue to provide updates daily or as needed.
