UPDATE: Coronavirus Precautions

Our hearts go out to all our brides and prom goers that are experiencing cancelled or postponed events due to Covid-19! Our passion has always been and will continue to be providing services and dresses that make our customers feel beautiful and special. We are here to support each and every one of you, and will continue to maintain a clean, safe, and happy shopping environment during and after these hard times.

Since March 16th, we have been adjusting the way we operate our store according to the CDC recommendations. As Covid-19 continues to change retail and small businesses, we will be updating our precautions on a weekly, sometimes daily basis.

Effective Friday, March 27th we will remain closed to the public through Saturday, April 11th to practice Minnesota's stay home policy.

All voicemails and emails will be answered Monday-Friday from 11:00-4:00.

Wedding Dress Pick-Up Appointments: If you are scheduled for a wedding dress pick-up appointment now through April 11th, you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment for April 13th or later. Please know, we will be allowing one appointment at a time starting Monday, April 13th to continue practicing social distancing. In addition, brides will be limited to 2 guests maximum at their appointment.Storage fees will not apply to brides that schedule their pick-up appointment within 30 days of their wedding dress arriving.

All Appointments: If you have an appointment scheduled now through April 11th, someone will contact you to reschedule for Monday, April 13th or later. Please know, we will be allowing one appointment at a time starting Monday, April 13th to continue practicing social distancing. In addition, brides will be limited to 2 guests maximum at their appointment. Lastly, appointments will be given priority to brides with 2020 wedding dates to ensure they receive their dresses in adequate timing.

Prom Dress Department: The prom department will be remain temporarily closed until April 13th or further notice. We are saddened to hear that proms may be cancelled. At Raffiné Bridal, we are maintaining our final sale policy and are unable to accept any returns for cancelled proms. However, if you have a dress on layaway, with a final payment date approaching, we are willing to extend your final payment date. Please call or email so we can discuss these options.

All Merchandise Pick-Ups: If you have an urgent pick-up need now through April 11th, please call so we can arrange shipping your item to you or to learn about limited store pick-up times.

Special Order Arrivals: All customer orders are arriving as scheduled, with no to little delays. (Wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, accessories etc.) During temporary store closure, we will continue checking in all special orders and notifying customers. If your item requires a pick-up appointment, your appointment must be scheduled for Monday, April 11th or later.

Wedding Gown Preservation: We are unable to accept new wedding gown preservation until regular hours resume, or further notice.

Raffiné Bridal has the right to turn away guests that seem sick or are showing symptoms of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). Our number one priority during this global pandemic is closely following the recommendations that the CDC has put in place to do our part in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Our team is working diligently by regularly sanitizing fitting rooms, restrooms and common areas.

We appreciate all the support from our loyal customers that have already decided to reschedule their appointments. Our passion has always been, and will continue to be, making brides and prom-goers big day special. We will not leave anyone with unanswered questions and are here to help and provide ease through this difficult time. We will continue to provide updates daily or as needed. Together, we will get through this!

We will be available Monday’s – Friday’s from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM to answer phone calls and email questions. (Please note: our staff is limited at this time. If you call during designated hours and we do not answer, please leave a voicemail and someone will return your call as soon as possible.)
