Covid-19 Precautions

During Covid-19, Raffiné Bridal is operating by appointment only.

Our hearts go out to all our brides and prom-goers that are experiencing cancelled or postponed events due to Covid-19. Our passion has always been and will continue to be providing services and dresses that make our customers feel beautiful and special. We are here to support each one of you during and after these hard times.

It is our priority to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming atmosphere while closely following the recommendations that the CDC and State of Minnesota have put in place. In addition to our regular cleaning and sanitizing, we have invested in two patented air purifiers that quietly work to kill 99.99% of all bacteria and viruses that enter the air. Click here to learn more.

Health & Safety Procedures

  • Effective July 25th, 2020, Minnesota state mandate requires masks or face coverings to be worn in public indoor spaces. Please make sure you are prepared to wear one upon your arrival.
  • Fitting Rooms, common areas and restrooms will be regularly sanitized.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at the front desks and in each bridal fitting room.

Appointments are required for all visits to Raffiné Bridal, including all merchandise pick-ups. This will help us monitor the number of guests in the store at a time. Please schedule your appointments in advance, as appointment times and group sizes will be limited to continue the need of social distancing. If you are picking up an item(s), we are happy to bring your item to your car when you arrive, just let us know when you schedule your appointment, if you want this service, and we will talk you through the procedure.

Wedding Dress Appointments

  • Guests will be asked to sanitize or wash hands in the restroom before their appointment begins.
  • We offer private fitting and viewing areas for all wedding dress appointments, so you and your guests can be separated from other groups.
  • During Covid-19, the maximum group size is the bride plus 4 on a first come first serve basis. 
  • If you are planning to schedule an appointment with a group of 4 guests, please schedule in advance as space is limited.
  • The bride and stylist will select gowns together while your guest(s) will be required to stay seated. You may have one of your guests assist you in the fitting room, with guidance by our stylist.
  • We allow photos and FaceTime during your appointment to include more guests in your experience.
  • All guests must be 13 years or older for Saturday appointments

Bridesmaid Dress Appointments

  • Guests will be asked to wash hands in the restroom or sanitize before their appointment begins.
  • Bride may bring a maximum of 4 guests per appointment. Subject to change by state mandates.
  • We allow photos and FaceTime during your appointment to include more guests in your experience.
  • The bride and stylist will select dresses together while guests will be required to stay seated. Stylists are unable to assist with the dressing of any garments. However, you may have one of your guests assist you.
  • All guests must be 13 years or older for Saturday appointments.

Wedding Dress Pick-Up Appointment

  • Guests will be asked to wash hands in the restroom or sanitize before their appointment begins.
  • Bride may bring 1 guest for Saturday pick-up appointment and 2 guests on a weekday appointment. Stylists are unable to assist with the dressing of any garments. However, you may have one of your guests assist you in the fitting room.
  • We allow photos and FaceTime during your appointment to include more guests in your experience.
  • All guests must be 13 years or older for Saturday appointments.

All Merchandise Pick up (Bridesmaids, Prom, Bridal Accessories)

  • Appointments are required to pick up any merchandise.
  • Try-on availability is limited.
  • If you prefer not to come into the store, we can bring your item(s) to you and put it in your trunk or back seat.

Raffiné Bridal has the right to turn away guests that seem sick or are showing symptoms of the Coronavirus or other ill symptoms. We will continue to follow the recommendations that the CDC and the State of Minnesota have put in place. This is all subject to change without prior notice to your appointment booking.
